Return Policy

Unused products may be returned for full credit (less shipping) or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our returns portal.

We offer Checkout+ for a small upfront fee, which covers your return shipping label so there's nothing additional to pay when sending an item back. If Checkout+ was not selected at checkout, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must send the item(s) to us prepaid. Checkout+ cannot be added to an order after it has been placed and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, with a copy of your invoice or order confirmation included.
