  1. Do you have a phone number I can call to reach customer service?
    Our customer service number is (847) 783-5900×107, M-F 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time or you may e-mail us at info@panthervision.com.

  2. How long does it take for orders to ship and then get to me?
    Once you have submitted your order and you receive an accurate confirmation, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. It will then take up to 1-5 business days to ship, from Illinois to its destination zip, via USPS Priority Mail.

  3. How much do you charge for shipping?
    Our standard method of shipping is via USPS Priority Mail and the rate is $6.95 per order. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air starting at $18.00, and Next Day Air starting at $35.00 and the fee goes up depending on order size for UPS.

  4. Do you ship to Canada?
    Yes, we ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, whichever is the best rate. The consumer will be responsible for any and all taxes, duties, etc. in Customs.

  5. Will you ship to an international address other than Canada?
    Yes. We will find the best rate via either USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail, or UPS and advise the consumer as the rate will be more than our $6.95 standard rate on the website. Consumers will have to call their orders in and supply credit card information. The consumer will also be responsible for any and all taxes, duties, etc. in Customs.

  6. Will you ship to PO, APO, FPO address?
    Yes- Our standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail.

  7. I prefer to place my order via the phone, is this option available?
    Yes, you may place your order via the phone. Our customer service number is (847) 783-5900 x107. M-F 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time. Please have your credit card ready for payment. We do not accept checks at this time.

  8. Can I send this order as a gift?
    We do not gift wrap, but you can send your order as a gift. For gift orders indicate in your special instructions that your order is a gift, this way processing won’t include a copy of the invoice, but a copy of a packing list. Your invoice will be mailed to your billing address.

  9. What kind of warranty do Panther Vision products come with?
    All Panther vision Products come with a no hassle, Limited Lifetime Warranty. See Our Guarantee section on the website

  10. Can I buy your products at retail?
    Yes. Different products are available at different retailers so please call 847-783-5900 x107 so we can point you to the right retailers.

  11. Can I become a distributor or reseller of Panther Vision Products?

  12. I am an embroiderer or Promotional Products Company. Can I buy product for my business?
    Yes, call 847-783-5900 and dial extension 104, 102 or 116 to get set up.

  13. Can I wash my Panther Vision LED Lighted Hat?
    Yes- Before washing, remove batteries. Hand wash warm, separately. No bleach. Line dry for at least 24 hours. Replace batteries when dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

  14. How do I replace the batteries in my hat?
    Fold Back Sweatband and remove batteries from battery holder. Replace old batteries with fresh CR-2032 Coin Cell batteries.

  15. How do I replace the batteries in Panther Vision products other than hats?
    Because of the variety of our products, please call 847-783-5900 x107 to let us know which product you have so we may give the correct instructions.
